Right from the beginning of his Medical School, Marco Giannecchini was interested in one thing: How can we daily motivate ourselves, striving for high performance in the things which matter to us, being then at the end successful and experience a long-lasting feeling of well-being? He started studying medicine and as a medical doctor with summa cum laude laid the foundation of his medical and scientific expertise in the SCIENCE OF PEAK PERFORMANCE. But he soon realized that more than an „healthy body“ is responsible for daily motivation the creation of this wellbeing feeling.
And so HIS DISCOVERING JOURNEY began.
After many interviews, books, several experiences, he found the HOLY GRAIN in the at the time still unexplored NEUROSCIENCE OF FLOW (as „the psychology of the optimal experience“). FLOW can be simply described as the optimal state when you feel relaxed, highly concentrated, when you are happy and you experience your actions as meaningful.
After more than 100 articles, books, and discussions, he discovered a simple & practical FLOW CODE that works, not only for him, but also for over 1000 international executives of renowned companies.
These big FLOW tribe started in the former companies, in which he has been working for and has increased through his social media (blogs, facebook groups, ..) and finally through his new book (published recently in Italian language – DESIGN THE BEST YEAR OF YOUR LIFE -published by KIMERIK)
But Marco Giannecchini was still not satisfied: with the growing challenge of digitalization, agile development, leadership in uncertainty & innovation in mind, he founded in 2009 the FLOW Consciousness Academy and researched how the flow code can be applied at the rapidly changing working place environments. The result: A Flow Leadership & Flow Innovation Code.
Today he is working as medical director, helping companies in launching new products and he is proud of inspiring people to get into this FLOW state as simply and effortless as possible. Acting in this way, the work is executed fast, people are every day at their own highest performance potential level, are more creative, more resilient and able to find fulfillment and meaning in their own tasks.
In their own interest, but also with a competitive advantage for the corporate organizations they are working for.
Summarizing, doing more and more the things that they LOVE to do and not only the things that they feel they HAVE to do.
